Lawrence Stephens are proud to support a worthy cause. In further support, the team is excited to take part in Trekstock’s Trek This City challenge – a 10-mile trek through nine Royal Parks from Richmond to London Bridge, which will take place on 19 May 2024.
Find Your Voice: Writing Workshop

Join writer and coach Alice-May Purkiss in London this June for a chance to flex your creative muscles. As part of our Find Your Voice series, Alice will hold space for people navigating life alongside and after cancer to explore their experiences through writing.

Trekstock Welcomes New Chair of Trustees to Lead Mission

Change is afoot at Trekstock. After four years serving as our inspiring leader, Rob Challis has stepped down from his role of chair of the board as Rachel Roxburgh steps into his shoes. And despite what big shoes they are to fill (metaphorically), Rachel is the perfect woman for the job.

Our Story

Trekstock was founded in 2009 by Sophie Epstone after she became aware of a huge gap in tailored support services for those diagnosed with cancer in their 20s or 30s.

Making yourself exercise is tough at the best of times, let alone when cancer's thrown into the mix. But with our RENEW programme, we'll help you keep moving in whatever way works for you. Move your body, meet others, feel confident and improve your physical and mental health.

Secondary Sisters are here to create a safe place to connect with other Secondary Sisters.
National Three Peaks Challenge

Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically challenging adventure, as you take on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) and your challenge is to do all this in 24 hours!
