On Thursday 23rd February, our friends and supporters joined us at Uncommon Liverpool Street as we celebrated Trekstock's 14th year.

The evening was hosted by one of our Development Board members, David Merson of gunnercooke LLP, and guests included music industry professionals, friends of Trekstock including Gemma Styles, senior health care professionals, young people from the Trekstock community, fellow charities, corporate partners and new partners for the future.

We shared our plans for the future including expanding our UK reach and plans to build a new Wellbeing Space at UCLH Hospital London. We also heard from some of the people Trekstock have supported, including Ellen Bisci - one of Trekstock's Young Adult Ambassadors'- and received lots of generous donations to help us continue our essential work for young people in their 20s or 30s diagnosed with cancer.

"It was really special to gather together and meet with those supporting the charity that has helped me so much. I don’t know where I’d be without Trekstock, I want to say a big thank you to you all." - Ellen Bisci

We heard other speeches through the evening, including from Trekstock's Founder, Sophie Epstone, our Executive Director Ian Boyd, Toby Peach & Alice-May Purkiss from the AfterThoughts podcast, the team at Uncommon and Alison Hill, Director of Cancer and Palliative Care Nursing at Barts Health NHS Trust.

We'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who joined us, to the team at Uncommon for hosting the event and to our partners and sponsors for helping to put on such a fantastic evening: Oury Clarkgunnercooke, Casella Family Brands, Camden Town Brewery, and Funkin Cocktails.

We're looking for new corporate partners, individuals to invest in our work and people to champion our cause to make our support for young people living with cancer go even further. Every partnership we have helps make sure no one in their 20s or 30s has to face cancer alone - if you'd like to join us on our journey, then get in touch!
